SHIPPING
We offer free shipping across India. International shipping is chargeable.
Once the payment is made and order is confirmed, the shipping may take up to 10-15 business days.
Once the consignment has been shipped we will send you the tracking number of the same for you to be able to trace it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We don't accept returns.
We only exchange, in case the merchandise purchased has a defect or fault. Having said that, we want you to understand that we mostly use hand-woven textiles and all our products are handcrafted, hence minor imperfections are an intrinsic part of the process. It makes each piece unique in its own way.
At Gulal we do an extensive quality check and try to make our products as perfect as possible. However in case of some manufacturing defect we will try to exchange or repair the piece for you or issue a credit note to you to be used at www.gulal.in.
The exchange would only be processed once we have received the defective merchandise at our studio and have done a thorough check to ascertain the fault.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an email will be sent to you.
If you want a change of size in the same style it would be our pleasure to assist you and exchange it for the size requested.
Our exchange and alteration policy only lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or alteration service.
To be eligible for an exchange, the good must be unused with all the tags on and in same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packing.

No cancellations on orders once placed
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
